Source, Spirit, God, Higher Power…

But are you really listening?

Messy or organized chaos?

The making of God’s spritz

Alright y’all… God’s Spritz? I mean really?

As hard as it is to believe, every bottle is lovingly, and carefully measured with all natural ingredients: Holy Water from the River Jordan, sea salt, purified water, and lavender essential oil. Sometimes, the measurements vary slightly. I don’t think or worry about it. Each bottle is made for that special someone.

I am divinely guided to make and share this unique blend: equivalent to lighting up sage sticks, or the like, these 2.7oz bottles serve the same purpose: to cleanse, purify, protect, and add an amazing scent to go along with it!

As I set to work to make these, I felt an immediate sense of calm and peace. Made to fit easily in any space, this is convenient, instant refreshing calm, and well, however it’s meant to assist you.

Is it egotistical to say it’s ‘God’s spray’?

Many blessings, Sandi

Faithful Forty: Day 38

Be Love Not Fear

This post is dedicated to my brother Reve. I miss you little brother. R.I.P.: 8/28/2010.

Today, 3/27/’21, I’m thinking about my brother – he would have turned 43 today. 🎉🥳🤗♈💞.

Things I learned from my younger and only brother:

  • Don’t be stupid
  • Don’t judge other people
  • Don’t turn someone away; especially if you’re the only one that can help them
  • It’s ok to talk about the bad shit
  • It’s okay to speak your mind; just be decent about it.
  • Pray more, worry less
  • Listen to music
  • Dance to music
  • Sing a song, even if it’s off-key
  • Spend time in nature
  • Love on your animals
  • Rescue animals
  • Be kind, don’t be blind
  • Wear sunglasses that protect you from the blinding sun, but that also look cool
  • Do things that feel good, but don’t harm yourself or others
  • Don’t do drugs
  • Say no when you want to/or should
  • Live your life your way
  • Accept yourself
  • Laugh, laugh harder
  • Forgive others
  • Forgive yourself
  • Love yourself FIRST 🙏🏼

♈ is the first sign of the zodiac. Both of us are Ariens… He was the kinder one! I learned so much from him. There’s so much more I could list here. But for now, these things live in my heart, and Reve, you will always live in my heart.

Thanks for stopping by! May your day be sweet, safe, happy, and strong! Many blessings 🙏🏼 – Sandi

Faithful Forty: Day 36

Northern New Mexico

Did you know Jesus Christ has a wonderful sense of humor?

While on their recent visit, my nieces encouraged me to share my dreams about Jesus. I needed to check my gut on this. I know I’m not the only who has dreams about Jesus, and the prince of darkness.

I’m focusing on the most recent dream I had about Jesus: I was outside. The sun was brilliant. To my left, as I looked up to the sky, I saw a cloud with amazing rainbow-like colors. An angel appeared to cradle a woman in distress. Just as I began to sharpen my focus on the scene, my attention was drawn to activity in front of me, up toward the sky. The angel and woman to the left disappeared.

Jesus’ face came into view. I had been holding a camera. At this point, Jesus smiled, and began posing for a picture, well, several. As He turned His face left and right, tilting His chin slightly up and down, I started snapping away. His smile contagious, I started smiling too. His brown hair fell in soft waves above his shoulders. His mustache and beard perfectly trimmed.

I couldn’t believe my eyes. The dream as much as I can remember, ends there. The next morning, a feeling of peace and happiness permeated my being; setting me free for a time, of burdens, worriess, and fear.

I’m hoping sharing this dream will bring you peace and solace. If Jesus can smile through earthly disaster in all its forms, can’t we too? Maybe, just for awhile?

Many blessings, Sandi 🙏🏼

Faithful Forty: Day 28

Your turn

Today
It’s your turn
Dig deep
Swim wide
Eyes open
Who are you?

What will you do?

Your heart yearns
Begs the
Question
Now, later, never
Tomorrow
Maybe?

Your soul
As old as the
Universe
Merges with the unknown
Why fight
Maybe just flow?

What will you do?

Another day is done
Embrace that
Someone
Cheer them on
Hold their hand
It’s your turn.

Faithful Forty: Day 25

There are tons of cool websites that talk about numerology; but that’s not why I’m touching on this. Day 25, today, is important to me.

Yes, when I add my birth month and birth date, it totals a 7. When I add my month, birth date, and year, I get another 7. Double-seven…

Biblically, God made the earth in 7 days. Sunday, is a day of rest; there are 7 days in a week; the seven-year itch; I imagine I’m missing a few other interesting events that mark the number 7.

I imagine that God would want us all to observe this special day of rest. It’s a number of perfection and completion. A time to dig deeper into our souls’ purpose and look for answers to problems that can be solved outside of the box. To analyze, not criticize.

Am I perfect? Absolutely not! Do I want to be? Nope. I think numbers can be significant. So, can you tie this special number to events in your life that are significant?

Be well, stay safe, and many blessings 🙏🏼! – Sandi

Faithful Forty: Day 23

I’m always so happy when the light goes on. Figuratively, and literally. As a creative person, I can find beauty, meaning, and ideas everywhere.

It’s no wonder why we are seeing vast growth in high tech gadgets, movies, television, and in our world of writing and many other amazing inventions.

But what does it take? To get in that creative space? For me, it’s not thinking about it. Those mindless opportunities can be in silence, or a boring chore. The more that I don’t think, the better.

My thought process is only useful when I am working a frame around the idea, that then can be shaped and materialized into the finished product. Sometimes, a picture inspires a story, or memory from long ago.

But behind it all, is simplicity. Believing in myself. Because what I create, is divinely inspired. As I observe this sacred time during lent 2021, I am connecting to other parts of myself, that I don’t normally acknowledge.

The act of writing becomes cumbersome, when I think too much about it. So, I leave the light on and in so doing, hope you all will leave yours on too. The more bright light in our lives, the more successful we are collectively, in making our world a better one. 🙏🏼

Many blessings, Sandi
