Blessings of conflict

Yes. There is always a way to resolve conflicts.

No. You can’t resolve certain conflicts.

BS.

It’s just been a shitty day

I think this pic says it all… keep pushing forward. It’s also one of the most adorable pics I think I’ve ever seen. So, it fits perfectly for my Anchor episode: How much crappier can things get, but in the end, you simply can’t regret that you kept going, despite the urge to just give up. Many blessings folks, and keep on keeping on! Sandi

The Upside-down Effect

Section 6, day 6 of 36: Light & Dark; a Pause in Writing, by Sandi Martinez

Upside down… day 6 of 36. Listen on Anchor if you feel inclined. Car accidents, nightmares, assumptions of what you should be doing vs what’s in your heart, and your path.

My advice? Listen to you.

Why me

Sandi’s Sacred Spritz

One day

I floated just enough

to graze the clouds

a fleeting moment of bliss

only to realize

I had to make this sacred

spritz

why me?

I asked God

Why not, He replied

and so the mixing began

the prep delicate and slow

the labeling a loving labor

of sorts,

a promise of each bottle

belonging to one person…

Is it you?

Emotionally bandaged

Love to doodle

Yikes… A Saturday full of weirdness. Add that to emotional growth and healing and you have a bruised heart. Maybe a mind too? I very rarely write in color. Today seems to be one of those days that you simply don’t know if you’re up, down, sideways, or laid out.

Bandaged, but not damaged.

I can’t seem to stress enough to my ego – you don’t control.

… Anything. Every breath I take isn’t mine. It’s oxygen every living energetic particle/molecule breathes. It’s the earth telling us, ‘yes, you can be here. I will breathe with you’. I’m honored to be a part of that process. To be able to live, because I can breathe. Yet, life is in, and of itself, a painful process. But God/universe/spirit/higher power, etc., has a sense of humor.

There are appears to be a fire burning in the small village where I live. It seems to have burned homes around us. I heard sirens, but it didn’t occur to me that me and my family could be burned up in an odd freak inferno, to be continued…

As I sit here writing this. It’s like, ‘well, ok, another problem on my list’. I’m not afraid of dying. I’m afraid of not having lived my purpose. My path. I think I’ll just end it here in case I need to quickly pack my animals and family and drive off into the sunset.

Ohhh-awwhhh, SSS

Sandi’s Sacred Spritz

Life giving water. Every day, several days a week, we drink water throughout the day. The focus being, the replacement of the water we lost on that given day, or days before.

The consensus seems to be around 73-78 percent of water-bound human bodies in existence as we know it. So, staying hydrated is totally essential for our most robust life, or lack thereof, a life threatening possibility.

When I was divinely guided to make this spray with only 4 ingredients, it seemed simple. Uncomplicated. Water is the unspoken life-giver, that we often overlook.

Whether you’re a great swimmer, make trips to the beach, an adventurous pirate seeking ocean thrills, or cruising on luxury boats, being in/ on the water is a must for some.

Some people, are happy with bottles of water that they carry around. My spritz, gives immediate miniature moments of ocean spray, only in a bottle with sea salt, holy water from the river Jordan, and lavender essential oil.

I carry a 1oz bottle in my purse and am loving spraying lavishly in my surroundings, wherever I may be. May you also find your happy water place!

Many blessings, Sandi🙏🏼.
